Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
Lost or Stolen Packages

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid upon arrival.
Shipping Address Changes

Shipping Delays

Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your Curvehaus purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume, and pet hair.
• All shapewear, bodysuits, intimates, and final sale items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
3. Ship your item back within 7 days of return approval.
4. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued via a Curvehaus e-gift card within 5-7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Curvehaus is not responsible for lost returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item for store credit and place a new order.

Refunds
Curvehaus does not issue refunds—only store credit. Once store credit is issued, it does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
